We have a list of clients on file with no email address. We would like to send them a letter with a personal link so they can come online to answer a survey and we know who that person is. I have created the personal links in the system, but the urls are extremely long and unreasonable for anyone to type. Does anyone know how to get the links to be shorter?

you cannot do that in qualtrics. However there are several programs online that can help you make the URL shorter, however i do not think those are free. In addition i think you can consider creating a QR code, people will only have to read the code with their phones instead of typing an URL. You can make personalized QR codes with different programs available online, paid and for free. But you can use the one for the anonymous link in qualtrics and use an authenticator in the survey with the external data reference so you can find who is taking the survey.
