Where is the Directory Settings, specifically the Rules | XM Community

I see the Directory but I do not see  “Settings” anywhere as shown in the user guide. I am wanting to change the “Contact Frequency Rules” along with some other items. 

What am I missing?

 

 

The Contact Frequency Rules are only available in Brand Admin accounts. Contact your organization’s Brand Admin to request that these settings be adjusted.

@MatthewM , thank you, I was just thinking that could be the cause. Appreciate the quick response.
