Hello XM Community! 

I am wondering what you do to successfully onboard a new user to your XM Discover platform?

 

Currently, I have them complete the appropriate learning path in XM BaseCamp + then meet with them 1:1 to walk through our program and how I suggest to use it for their use case. My current process works; however, I would really like to hear your input on what you have found has been successful with onboarding a new user that is both effective + efficient!

To onboard new users, we have them set up with the basecamp training as well and walk through a quick overview of our current dashboard projects in Discover. I think the basecamp training does a really good job at getting our new users set up with the basic capabilities available in the system.
