XM Discover learning journey - missing welcome email

Hi Everyone, I just started the learning journey of XM Discover. Looks like the XM Discover training will need to provide a sandbox account for the exercises. However the welcome email never gets sent to my mailbox, below I received automated messages from Discover University saying to reach out to QPN. The QPN said something opposite. (see screenshot below). Can I use REGEX for UK postcode in XM Discover Topic Building?

In Designer > Categorise does anyone have experience in using REGEX as part of topic rules?I’d like to use the UK GOV provided REGEX for UK post codes to capture comments where our customers may talk about network experience in a post code, for instance.“Please fix my broadband speed in SA1 7LT!”Any help would be magic.

Problem with conjoint clustering

Hello everybody,I'm having issues with the results obtained from the Conjoint Analysis tool. I've received the responses I needed, and now I'm interested in exploring the clusters provided by the analysis. The problem is that by default it includes all available variables for segmentation, but I don't want it to do that. Even when deselecting cases, the analysis results don't change. Moreover, it seems that Qualtrics always returns only two clusters, as I've found from examples online. I know there's a section for building segments, but I'm not sure if they are significant or if there are other KPIs to evaluate. Also, I want to add age as a discriminator, but Qualtrics doesn't allow me to do that. Even downloading the raw responses, it seems impossible to analyze the data with SPSS, since the chosen levels are expressed in 5 different columns. Does anyone know how to solve this issue or how to download the data in a way that allows analysis with SPSS?It’s for my thesis, thanks

Adding an Audio Reaction Time in Qualtrics Survey

Hi all, I am looking to add an audio (verbal) response time to a survey and I wondered if such a function exists on qualtrics. The basic set up isParticipant will see an image on the screen and will be asked to name the item that they see as quickly as possible (maximum amount of time 20 seconds) Participant will say aloud what the item is (such as tiger, popcorn etc) When the participant says the name of the item/speaks, qualtrics will ‘record’ when the participant begins to respond verbally. If such a function exists in Qualtrics would be great if someone could share? Many thanks

Progress Bar for a block

Hi I have 2 blocks for my survey:block 1: 2 questionsblock 2: 150 questionsblock 3: debrief Block 2 is significantly longer than block 1, and the progress bar seems to move only when I have completed a block. So participants will see stable progress bar even as they complete many questions for block 2, until they finish all the questions. Is there any way to reflect progress as each question is being answered in block 2? Thanks!

How do you embed a dashboard from Discover into Engage, or vice versa?

I saw a note that XM Discover now has bi-directional dashboarding capabilities where you can embed a page from your Discover/Clarabridge dashboard into your Engage dashboard or vice versa. I’m having trouble finding instructions on how to do this though, or if this feature is even published yet?

Capture distribution status in dashboard or report with date as parameter.

I want to capture this email distribution data in dashboard section to design dashboard on basis of distribution status with date as Parameter

XMD Onboarding- How do you complete XM Discover new user Onboarding?

Hello XM Community! I am wondering what you do to successfully onboard a new user to your XM Discover platform? Currently, I have them complete the appropriate learning path in XM BaseCamp + then meet with them 1:1 to walk through our program and how I suggest to use it for their use case. My current process works; however, I would really like to hear your input on what you have found has been successful with onboarding a new user that is both effective + efficient!

Can someone please help me how we can change the date view for “Top Topic change widget”For e.g. if i wish to change the view to month/quarter/year. right now i only see this fixed to current month. How can I update the preview mode UI after setting question choice values?

I’m setting question choice values in questions using the Question JavaScript API with this.setChoiceAnswerValue(). The fake value I’m writing ATM is proper for sure (checked with this.getChoices(); beforehand). As soon as I’ve set a question value I’d like to update the survey preview mode UI accordingly. How can I do this? Is there some Qualtrics API which allows me to do so?As workaround I already tried to change the UI via JavaScript code. However this is not possible cause Qualtrics XM uses iframe in the preview mode I cannot mutate.

Incomplete responses cannot be viewed

We set up a customer satisfaction survey and also turned on saving incomplete responses in the survey settings. In the Distribution view we see that some have started the survey but not completed it. I can't find these results anywhere. In the Data & Analysis section, Recorded Responses only show me complete ones and in Responses in progress we don't find any responses either. How do we get the incomplete results? Ideally also retrospectively.Many thanks in advance!
