Hello,I am exploring the possibility to automatically import/update the ticket group name from a ticket back into the survey response as an embedded field.We currently have a workflow set up that creates a ticket for dissatisfied customers. For example, customer who gave a rating of 1, 2, 3, or 4. Once the ticket is created, a team will receive and assess the root causes of dissatisfaction and act accordingly. When the ticket is created, the given ticket group name is, for example, Detractor - Customer Service as instructed in Qualtrics. However, the team has the ability to reassign the ticket, for example, Detractor - Business Process, if the investigation deem so. We would like to import/embedded the ticket group name back into the survey response and analyze customer satisfaction with and without these “Detractor” categories.Any help or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I’m pretty new to XM Discover. I did obtain the certification but it’s been many months since I’ve been in the tool since then. I’m currently creating a bar chart and have applied a custom color to the bars in the chart -- however, when the bar color applies, it also applies to the Axis labels. Considering the custom color needs to be yellow - I’d prefer to have the Axis labels in black, but cannot find a means to update the axis labels separately from the bar color. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,  I just started the learning journey of XM Discover. Looks like the XM Discover training will need to provide a sandbox account for the exercises. Does Qualtrics have any kind of unsupervised learning model for clustering? For Market Research

Hi I have 2 blocks for my survey:block 1: 2 questionsblock 2: 150 questionsblock 3: debrief Block 2 is significantly longer than block 1, and the progress bar seems to move only when I have completed a block. So participants will see stable progress bar even as they complete many questions for block 2, until they finish all the questions. Is there any way to reflect progress as each question is being answered in block 2? Thanks!

I saw a note that XM Discover now has bi-directional dashboarding capabilities where you can embed a page from your Discover/Clarabridge dashboard into your Engage dashboard or vice versa. I’m having trouble finding instructions on how to do this though, or if this feature is even published yet?

Hello XM Community! I am wondering what you do to successfully onboard a new user to your XM Discover platform? Currently, I have them complete the appropriate learning path in XM BaseCamp + then meet with them 1:1 to walk through our program and how I suggest to use it for their use case. My current process works; however, I would really like to hear your input on what you have found has been successful with onboarding a new user that is both effective + efficient!

Can someone please help me how we can change the date view for “Top Topic change widget”For e.g. if i wish to change the view to month/quarter/year. right now i only see this fixed to current month. Sharing the screenshot from the learning material and not my dashboard.I see a similar question but this is answered.Thank you for looking into my question. 

I’m setting question choice values in questions using the Question JavaScript API with this.setChoiceAnswerValue(). The fake value I’m writing ATM is proper for sure (checked with this.getChoices(); beforehand). As soon as I’ve set a question value I’d like to update the survey preview mode UI accordingly. How can I do this? Is there some Qualtrics API which allows me to do so?As workaround I already tried to change the UI via JavaScript code. However this is not possible cause Qualtrics XM uses iframe in the preview mode I cannot mutate.

We set up a customer satisfaction survey and also turned on saving incomplete responses in the survey settings. In the Distribution view we see that some have started the survey but not completed it. I can't find these results anywhere. In the Data & Analysis section, Recorded Responses only show me complete ones and in Responses in progress we don't find any responses either. How do we get the incomplete results? Ideally also retrospectively.Many thanks in advance!
