We use CDC created Infection prevention response tools that have accompanying guidance and rationale for the questions being asked. I would like to be able to display this rationale/guidance for the relevant questions so that it appears next to them in the survey mode.
I have attached a screenshot of the infection prevention response tool for reference. I would want questions 1 - 1E. to be accompanied by the rationale and relevant guidance in the corresponding column. Different sets of questions would have different rationale and relevant guidance.
Please let me know if I can clarify and I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
Can you display rationale and guidance side by side with a set of questions in your survey?

You can do this with JavaScript. Put your rational & guidance in a Text/Graphic question followed by your other questions, then use JS to reorganize the page into two sides.

I am not familiar with JavaScript, how difficult would it be to implement something like this with limited coding experience?
