I'm looking to see if I can integrate New Relic with the Qualtrics survey results. Ideally I'm hoping to capture what error(s) a customer experiences as part of their VOC survey feedback.

I don't think it is possible to integrate New relic with Qualtrics, but you can check with support team.

If you can build a web service for New Relic we will accept either JSON or Form data through Body parameter.
Then, in Qualtrics you can use that web service to send the survey feedback to New Relic by using that web service.
Qualtrics do have open REST API which you can use to import the historical/current response as well:
