Full record visual on Ticket page

We use surveys as an audit tool. We changed the Look & Feel of our surveys to a simple amber text on black background. These colors ease eye strain when we're conducting audits all day long. However, i noticed when opening the full record button on a ticket page, the text is now amber on a light background. Makes it difficult to read. Does anyone know how to manipulate the color scheme for this?
