I've several nested groups of blocks and branches to be able to go back to the beginning of the survey when people select a certain option at the final question. I've also included a TOC for them to be able to navigate to a certain section. The problem is that due to the nested groups, the TOC gets duplicated many times. I've tried to keep the TOC out of the first group, but that didn't work. Any ideas? See screenshots below.
