How can I create a custom metric for Ticket days open =

If status = In Progress, Open
DateTimeNow - createdAT

If status = Closed
resolutionTime / 1440

If status <>= In Progress, Open, Closed then null

    I just a customer request for this same metric as well - for Open/In progress tickets - how to calculate and present on a dashboard the average days (created to current date) for open/in progress tickets. Need to report on dashboard. Repoke at this - anyone have a solution?
