Does anyone know how to connect with the data captured through Service now and create an automatic survey distribution via Qualtrics?

I know there is direct integration built by Qualtics actually. Or are you after a custom one?
Oh, you are right!, I've just realized Qualtrics built an integration app, that's great!

yeah, i was waiting for the out-of-box integration for long time, and they made it available when we stopped using Service Now 😃
Indeed, it'll be easier to gather the information from Service Now and automate the survey distribution. I'll need to quote how much is for this integration. 💫
