Oh, you are right!, I've just realized Qualtrics built an integration app, that's great! I was under the impression that I had to connect a rest API in the service now interface and do something with JSON.

yeah, i was waiting for the out-of-box integration for long time, and they made it available when we stopped using Service Now 😃

Indeed, it'll be easier to gather the information from Service Now and automate the survey distribution. I'll need to quote how much is for this integration. 💫 :)
