I have selected Target to be new window for the links within my survey and also checked the HTML is correct with the tag target="_blank" in the code but the link still keeps opening in the same window.

What links are you talking about inside the survey?
Hello, it was discovered that our account was not enabled for HTML markup. We had to contact our brand admin to enable permissions to "Allow All HTML Markup", which resolved this. Thanks.
