Would it be possible to implement something like this? I have been able to change the colors of individual answer choices, but I'm not sure if you can make it one gradient for an NPS question.

By default the NPS question is structured as a table, with each number in its own cell.
What you'll need to do is to hide the numbers, creater a row at the top, which spans all the cells and then add the colour gradient.
