I'm a contractor Analytics Lead at the National LIbrary of Medicine, one of 27 institutes of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. I manage a team that is responsible for digital and customer experience (CX) research, including IT management and subject matter expertise. I am also a part-time faculty member teaching a data visualization course in the graduate Data Analytics and Visualization program of the Maryland Institute College of Art.
