Custom HTML does not work anymore when I change the theme of my survey

Hello! I designed a survey including slider questions that use HTML code to make the slider's attribute bipolar. I was using a static theme that displays the logo from my university and everything was working fine. Now, I would like to change the theme to a dynamic, blank theme in order to not have the logo on the questionnaire. However, when I change the theme, my custom HTML code does not work anymore. I can't really find an answer to why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated :)
This is how I want the slider to look (in the old theme):

If this doesn't work, then there's something really wrong and you'll probably need to create something in paint and use that in place of labels.

The accepted solution in the post will, under most circumstances, not produce the result from your screenshot.
Most probably due to reseting theme, the HTML got ripped out. Try to paste the same thing from the post again. If it still doesn't work. Share your survey preview link.

I pasted the same thing, and unfortunately that did not work. I also tried to add another question with the HTML code, and in a blank theme it did not work. Here is the link to the preview: https://leidenuniv.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/preview/SV_0j0C0pUdzpvgRUi?Q_CHL=preview&Q_SurveyVersionID=current
The questionnaire basically loops over pictures of robots and asks a slider question about them.

https://community.qualtrics.com/discussion/comment/38403#Comment_38403Thank you for your quick reply! I have edited the label and pasted this code, but unfortunately it still does not show the labels correctly in the blank theme. When I change it to the static version it works.
