is there a way to get Salesforce contacts updated after a survey has been sent to them?
The distribution of the survey happens automatically through a message trigger in QX. When a contact gets added to the QX list, a specific survey will be sent to them.
The goal is that our agents get the info, if an email with that survey has been sent to a customer. If the customer got one, but hasn’t participated (which we would know as there wouldn’t be a created record in Salesforce with the response), our agents would have the option to reach out to them.
Is this possible?
