As currently there is no out of the box integration for Sharepoint available in Qualtrics, without developing middleware/API this is not possible.

Yes you can send Qualtrics results to SharePoint, or anything else for that matter. Use a workflow to send the results to via the WebService connector to Power Automate. From there you can take the data anywhere you want.

Setting up an inbound integration to receive data from Microsoft SharePoint to Qualtrics without any middleware or API may not be possible. Both Microsoft SharePoint and Qualtrics provide APIs that allow integration and data transfer between their platforms.
Here are few workarounds:

Manually export and import data, you could manually export data from SharePoint and import it into Qualtrics using the respective import/export functionalities.

By custom code task in workflow, you could develop custom code or scripts to extract data from SharePoint and push it into Qualtrics. However, this approach would still involve some form of API usage.
