My name is Gaye. I am from Virginia Beach, VA. I am a Quality Assurance Manager at Segra and have worked with Qualtrics over the last year. I use Qualtrics to get feedback from our customers in order to help improve their experience with Segra’s Customer Care team. Since we are a Telecommunications Industry I am looking for ways to better understand how our customers perceive value for our services.
