What’s changing?You asked, and we delivered -- we are pleased to offer XM Community members access to our new XM Community Merch Store. Previously, Community members would have to wait to level up to receive Community merch, and that merch came in the form of pre-set merch kits that could not be customized. Now, you can redeem your points whenever you like, and choose your *own* items. You also don’t have to wait to level up! You can redeem points at any time. 2. Is there new merch to choose from?Yes! Our Popular Rank & Rewards Program is Getting a Refresh!  The XM Community’s Rank & Rewards program is getting a merch refresh -- and, by popular demand, a new “store” format for Community members to select their own merch. UPDATE: The XM Community Merch Store is live!
