Hello, my name is Jeroen and I currently work at Proximus, Belgium's largest telecom group. My role is EX expert at present. I am working on all kinds of EX surveys and as an EX team we partner with our CX team too.
We have a similar need + especially lack the ability to show completion status defined as % of subjects having completed SELF + OTHERS assessments as evaluator/self-assessor. To my knowledge this cannot be included in a report built uner My Reports, which is to my knowledge the place to build reports with aggregate data for eg internal clients of these reports. I am surprised that this is not included as a standard metric, neither in these reports nor in the dashboard...
We have a similar need. We want to compare cohorts that take the survey at different moments in time: Cohort 1 at date X and Cohort 2 at date Y. Then between date X and Y there would be an action. We would need to see the impact of that action in the scores on questions, scoring categories. What would be the most efficient way to get to this? NOTE: we would like to see this for tables as well as graphs, for absolute scores, averages, for gaps, etc...
