Hi all.Don't know if you have figured this out yet, but I worked through a whole bunch of solutions (including whitelisting Qualtrics IP) without success. One thing I noticed when looking at the SSH Logs on my linux server, was that the system time did not match network time. I ran NTP settings and everything worked. How to Sync Your Linux Server Time with Network Time Servers (NTP)Can't guarantee it will work but an idea.Cheers,Andrew

Have you read the localization documentation and implemented it? I have no idea what the localization means. When I change language from English to French, the date picker does not come up. It is just a blank text box. Same thing happens when I turn it back to English. Here is the current code I am using: In header: <link href="//code.jquery.com/ui/1.12.1/themes/base/jquery-ui.css" rel="stylesheet" /> <script src="https://code.jquery.com/ui/1.12.1/jquery-ui.js"></script> In Javascript: Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnReady(function() { jQuery("#"+this.questionId+" .InputText").each(function(index){ jQuery(this).datepicker({ yearRange: '2008:2010
Figured out this issue: We had the question ID wrong in the 2nd question, so it never worked the rest of the time.
When I change the language of the survey, this no longer works. Any idea why?
