Hi, thank you so much both for your replies. I just went to contact support, thought I'd log in to qualtrics to have it in front of me while contacting them, and my contacts were back! Including the new one I'd tried to create that had not seemed to appear at all! Weird. But I will definitely keep your advice in mind in case this happens again, and thank you very much again for taking the time to reply to me. Best wishes, Helen.

Anyone who started the survey before the new version was published and their response is in progress, won't see the changes. Anyone who hadn't started the survey before you published the new version will see the new version. Thank you so much!
Same question, but I have published (and re-published) my survey after making changes, but no one has used it just yet. Do I need to re-generate links, or will the personal links sent a while ago, still take the person to the most recent version of the survey rather than to the version that existed when I first set up the links?
So I have distributed my survey via email (individual links), on an individual basis (as people are signing up to my study one-by-one). I am hoping to send reminders to just one person at a time. When I click "schedule reminder", in the "to" box on the email it always says "unfinished respondents". But then when I save the reminder email, it only appears under one person (the one I clicked). Just to check - does this mean that this reminder will only be sent to that selected person, rather than to ALL unfinished respondents?
