I'm Cory and I work for Unum Group leveraging EX surveys and dabbling in a bit of everything from engagement, pulse, lifecycle, to product surveys like conjoints to improve our benefits plans. I've been using Qualtrics for almost 2 years and am looking forward to learning from others in this space.
I had this issue as well where it sat at 3% for over a day. I cleared my cache, did a save as on my import file, and removed a few columns that were not critical, and it worked.
