Hello,I am trying to send out an emailed survey through the distributions tab. The problem I am running into is that I am using an organization specific link to send out and Qualtrics will not allow me to ONLY use that link, I have to keep standard one too in order to send the email. I even tried making ${l://SurveyURL} white text so it wasn't visible, but in my test email, it didn't hide it. Any suggestions?Standard ${l://SurveyURL}https://uvu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_12345678Customized URLhttps://qualtrics.uvu.edu/employee/SV_12345678
What do I need to adjust in the logic shown in the image above so that if a respondent DID select an option in a drop-down question that pulls from my supplemental data source it would not mark it dbProcessed=review? Basically I want any newly entered text responses to be marked for my review, but if they select something that already exists from my database, it would leave it as dbProcessed=true as I would not need to review those answers. I have ‘Select Free Response’ checked in my text question.
Hello, I am using Qualtrics as an approval system. Whenever one of our staff writes out instructions to a student in a essay text paragraph question it is formatted the way they want it, however, when an email action is sent with the results of that question it does not keep the same formatting. For short messages it isn't a big deal but sometimes there are a lot of instructions and the formatting looks terrible. I have included a couple of screenshots below. Essay Text Question in System: ! Result in an Outlook Email: ! Thanks in advance for your help.
I am having a really hard time getting text to wrap when people have longer text responses and use those responses in both piped text on future pages in my survey as well as in email actions. Everything is just one continuous line that throws off all my formatting in piped text pages and in emails. I tried containing the text by creating a 1 row and 1 column table and even selected yes to word wrap in cell properties, but it just stretches the length of the table. What am I doing wrong?
Has anybody ever had the issue where they use a web data connector to connect to Tableau but within Tableau all that shows up are the field names and not the actual data? This is the only survey of mine where this has occurred. The only thing I could possibly think of is if it is because I am using a reference survey, but even then, why would the fields still show up if that was the case?
