I have a rank order question where I am randomizing the choices and noticed that when I have add requirements - force response turned off, the question is skipped when the user clicks the next button.I understand this is how it should work, but if the user likes the random order that the choices are displayed in, I don’t want them to have to drag and drop anything to be able to choose that order as their response.Any thoughts on how to accomplish this would be appreciated.
Is anyone else having issues with an existing website intercept survey collecting what are marked as completed surveys, but contains no responses. We have several websites that have been running the same intercept survey for over a year and starting on 7/13/2021 - we began to see a dramatic decrease in response data - but not completed surveys. When I run a report on the survey, almost all of the surveys that are complete but have no responses are showing as iPhone using either Safari or Chrome browser.I am planning to submit a ticket, and wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same issue, and has found a fix. Thanks,jOE
Looking for some help with creating JavaScript to rename a custom text field that I have created for a dashboard that groups the embedded data for browser operating system into desktop, mobile, tablet or other. I am currently doing this manually through the recode editor. Because there is no RegEx functions that I am aware of, I am having to create a new entries every time the OS versions are updated. Which for Chrome OS is pretty much monthly, if not more often. If anyone has already done this and is willing to share their code or has other suggestions on how to accomplish this, I would greatly appreciate it.
