We will be launching a Engagement Feedback survey company wide later this year. It will have a combination of delivered questions from the Qualtrics Engagement survey and from our 2018 survey from another platform. We are interested in loading/placing 2018 overall company positivity factor for the 2018 questions we are placing into the new Qualtrics survey. The goal is that when we look at full company results we will have benchmarks and past results available for reporting. Hope this question makes sense. THanks
Hello, new to qualtrics and starting on our first company-wide engagement survey. Have always created/used reports or dashboards which show by organization, manager the summary of answers /scoring for questions. Group score per question versus overall company etc.Looking to see if we can deliver an employee view report which shows for the user what they said for questions in relation to the group summary score per question or overall company score per question. Goal would be to see if showing employees how they are aligned or not aligned to their org on question responses. Gets people thinking about how they are engaged versus the community.Hope this description makes sense. Appreciate any ideas or direction
