Hello, new to qualtrics and starting on our first company-wide engagement survey. Have always created/used reports or dashboards which show by organization, manager the summary of answers /scoring for questions. Group score per question versus overall company etc.
Looking to see if we can deliver an employee view report which shows for the user what they said for questions in relation to the group summary score per question or overall company score per question. Goal would be to see if showing employees how they are aligned or not aligned to their org on question responses. Gets people thinking about how they are engaged versus the community.
Hope this description makes sense. Appreciate any ideas or direction

Scoring difference between Self-rating and Overall-rating can be created using Gap assessment table.

Here the employee will be able to see Positive and negative gaps as well in a go understand how are they aligned to the group or Overall score. Please go through the support page below.
