At the end of our interview process we have an open ended question where respondents often state the interviewers name, I have created topics in text iQ for each of our interviewers names so that we are able to quickly sort through comments and group them together based on mentioned interviewer.I would love to further be able to sort through them based on sentiment. Since we do not ask the question of "who was your interviewer," we try to keep it as anonymous as possible, I am unable to filter in the data & analysis as we normally would. I know the work around would be to export a then filter in a separate document, but being able to do so within qualtrics would be incredible.
Is there a way to filter the widgets in the "analyze text iQ" tab? The "top topic change" and "top sentiment change" boxes that automatically show up appear to only show 1-2 months. I would love to be able to go back several months to see how our data changes quarter over quarter, and even over the year.
I will be taking both the Employee and Customer XM L2 certs. Is it better to take 1 before the other? Recommended on demand or live classes to sign up for in preparation?
