So the bummer of Ticket Reporting is that you don't have the option to recode values like you do in the Dashboard reporting. Has anyone found a workaround to this? For example I had one team absorb into a new team. We want to display the data from the previous team in the new teams counts. How do you mesh the two together for Dashboard purposes?
We are in the process of creating a "Thumbs Up/Down" type survey to put in our agents email signature lines. Anyone out there have experience with this and advice on image build and notification set up in Qualtrics?
