Hello, I try to preview the survey I created but even the survey is active I can not display all the questions I created. For example, I have 5 blocks but I can only display 3 blocks and the survey ends. I have checked the survey flow it is set up correctly. Could you please help me on this issue? Thanks in advance
Hello, when I try to preview a Survey which is currently active, I display "Survey Not Found"-Sorry! We were unable to find this Survey.- error message. Could you help me to find out what the reason could be? Thank you in advance
Hello, I have created 6 different blocks but I can not preview the fifth block on my preview. Please see the screenshot attached. After I answer the questions on the 4th block the survey ends. And I can not display the randomized blocks as it should be. I think there is a problem with the Qualtrics software in this case, I copied and created a new survey from the scratch, the same problem exist. I am looking forward to hearing a solution.
