I’m a brand administrator who wants to interpret and utilize EX25 at a more academic and professional level.In Qualtrics ex25, there are 30 total of 5 KPIs and 25 drivers, but there are too many drivers to explain 5 kpi to management only with correlation with 25 drivers, and too heterogeneous drivers to only correlate with high-correlation ones are identified in top 5.Recently, I learned about the structural equation model. I'm thinking about whether EX25 can be structured and explained
I made a user group last december in Korean. It’s July and still has been showing broken characters. When other EX administrators share their project, the name of EX admins show correctly. Th e only problem occurs when it’s user group. Any body has suffered from the same issue? or solved?

If you look at it literally, I think the answer of meeting expectations has a positive meaning, so it would be more appropriate to be positioned at a positive 4-point level(4/5) rather than in the middle(3/5).What do you think?
