I’m a brand administrator who wants to interpret and utilize EX25 at a more academic and professional level.In Qualtrics ex25, there are 30 total of 5 KPIs and 25 drivers, but there are too many drivers to explain 5 kpi to management only with correlation with 25 drivers, and too heterogeneous drivers to only correlate with high-correlation ones are identified in top 5.Recently, I learned about the structural equation model.
