Hi, We plan to send the survey every 3 months to 100 participants. However, we want the survey to be accessible only during specific time frames. For instance, participants may only complete the survey between March 1st and March 31st. The challenge is that all 100 participants will be enrolled at different times, resulting in varying availability periods for each of them. For example, participant A enrolls on January 1st. So, their survey window period would be between March 1-31. Participant B enrolls on February 1st. So, So, their survey window period would be between April 1-30. Participant C enrolls on February 15th. So, their survey window period would be between April 15 to May 15. And so on. What would be the best way to implement this using the same anonymous link for all 100 participants? P.S. we do not plan on using unique survey link as some participants may not have reliable email and phone number. Thank you!
Hi, I am trying to implement a longitudinal study where participants will complete baseline survey with our research team. During baseline survey, participants will be given a unique code. Then, we will post Qualtrics anonymous link on our website so that participants can come back and complete them at the following time3 months 6 months 9 months 12 months. We cannot do personal link since many of our participants will not have email address. I was able to link baseline and 3-month survey using Authenticator feature on Qualtrics. In short, participants can use their unique code as their login into 3 months survey. The challenge is that I only want to post one Qualtrics anonymous link on our website instead of one link for 3-month survey, one link for 6-month survey, and so on. This is mainly because I don’t think participants would know which link they should click on (In other words, I don’t think they would know which survey they should take). This means, I want participants to
Hi, I am programming the surveys and it’s important that each person who will complete this (anonymous) survey enter a unique survey ID. I can’t seem to find a way to do so. Example scenario is like this John opens his survey, he types in 1000 as his survey ID. And he won’t submit the survey for another 30 mins. Jane also opens her survey a few minute after John, and she types in 1000 as her survey ID. Does Qualtrics have a real-time function where if 1000 was already used by John (though he has not yet submitted his entire survey but the survey ID is in use or something), it would be impossible for Jane to also type in 1000? Like an error message would pop-up or the survey would not let her proceed unless she enters a different number like 1001 or something? Thank you so much!
Hi I have this form field set up where I want people to type in 4 digits coupon number. I want them to be able to fill as many or as few boxes as they like.In other words, if they want to fill one box, fine. If they want to fill 3 boxes, fine. If they want to fill 5 boxes, is also fine. In each box, I want Numerical value only 4 digits only The first of the 4 digits has to be 7 or 8The last bullet point is where I struggle with. I tried match regrex in the custom validation, which works fine on its own. But not when they type in more than one box. For example, people were still able to type 7555 in the first box and 1234 in the second box… I did played around with the AND OR if clause, but nothing seem to work… Again, I want them to be able to fill as many or as few boxes as they like. I tried calling Qualtrics, but seems that solution lies in JavaScript. I have zero JavaScript knowledge. But I managed to write this code. But it’s still not exactly what I wanted because now, they
