I have a survey that respondents should complete every 3 months as they go through a year long programme (though they don’t always complete it). In this survey is a health measure that comes out with an average that indicates how ‘healthy’ they are, within certain parameters. Each individual also has a unique ID number that they put in at the start of the survey. I’m looking for a way to calculate for a dashboard the average change in ‘health’ over time per individual. Once I’ve got the average I’d ideally like to just be able to pop it into a Number Chart or a Gauge Chart. As far as I can work out, there are a few steps to it (not sure if this is the only way but this is how it makes sense to me - I welcome other suggestions!):Identify responses with the same ID number Identify the earliest and latest of these (this won’t always be within the last calendar quarter as sometimes respondents skip a survey) Calculate the change in ‘health’ between the earliest and latest responses (either
I am new to this software and need to develop some reports for survey results and wonder if anyone can help me to know if the following things are possible...I have a survey of 15 questions and I would like to show the total average result per completion stage (i.e registration/mid point/completion/follow up) does anyone know if this is possibleI want to either show comparison of results from two time periodsCan cross tab graphs be shown in reportsAny insight from more experienced users would be welcome. Many Thanks,
Is it possible to load respondent data (eg, work department, gender, age group) AFTER the survey emails have gone out? I know that it is indeed possible to load additional fields e.g. department, gender, age group, that could then be reported on using the Qualtrics reporting tool. The basic info I found gives an example with 3 additional fields but I guess there could be considerably more (is there a limit?). With this loading WITH the email addresses the additional data fields can then be reported against. For example you could have report by age group, department or whatever. I am not sure but I suspect you could report by any combo of 2 or more of these. Key here is that this additional data needs to be uploaded with the emails ie. BEFORE the emails are sent out. But is there also a means of uploading details that would allow for reporting of survey data in Qualtrics against data loaded AFTER the email shot. I mean, in effect, standard relational database cross-referencing.
