Is it possible to manage this type of flow using Qualtrics Surveys and ticketing? Flow: 1. Teacher submits survey --> Admin Send Admin custom email message or ticket with concise details of survey. Send email to Teacher with copy of survey responses 2a. Admin - Deny - Send email back to teacher 2b. Admin - Approves --> Send email to Admin Assistant (CC) Admin - Approves --> ** Send email Attendance Office with details. Does anyone have a sample they could share? Not sure how this would work in the ticketing realm. Would the Admin have to reassign the ticket? Can you have branching within the Ticketing System?
Hi all, My goal is to allow a mobile device to access the survey by either: 1. Scanning QR code OR 2. Texting a code to a number & receiving a text message back with the link to the survey. (Which when clicked will open on the mobile device browser.) What have people done to make this happen? How do people adjust their surveys to make them no longer incompatible? I currently have this error: "This survey is incompatible with inbound access codes." and a list of 31 incompatible items on the "Incompatible Report". Sample survey that seems to work great and has similar question characteristics as mine. ! Errors I am currently seeing: "Images and text entry choices are not supported" 'Unsupported question type: Multiple choice multiple answer" "Unsupported question type: Text/Graphic block" "Unsupported question type: File upload" "Unsupported question type: Meta info" Any suggestions would be great.
I have a survey where I want to explain what the options in the "Multiple Choice" list. Currently, I have a separate Text question below to show the extra verbage to help the user determine which branch of the survey to select. But it would be nice if I could have a "?" or "i" link that could be next to the title of the question. Any way Qualtrics can do that? What I would like... ! What I have: !
I am using Embedded Data fields to help display key pieces of information in the ticket. What can I do to get any files uploaded in the survey to display in the ticket view? Right now the only time I see the files uploaded are if I view the "Show Full Record" - which can get lengthy to scroll through. Suggestions? !
Is it possible to open a Ticket in response to a survey and assign to a Google Email Group? Would it in turn allow anyone in that group to manage that ticket? Or are we limited to one individual? Do I have to load the Google Group names into the survey (a library of contacts?) If so, how?
To whom it may concern, I was able to apply the "date picker" to a text field. However, I noticed quickly that I seem to have problems with validation on the text field using date picker at the same time. Want to know if it is possible to either: 1. Prevent user entry into the text field - forcing the use of the "Date Picker" 2. Add validation for the text field, should the user type into the field, the date format of the "date picker" selection is extended to that field so I don't end up with gobblygook. See image: !
