Hi, Just wondering whether anyone else has experienced this/has a way to fix it - I logged on to qualtrics today after a few days of not using it and my contacts lists have all disappeared. In their place are lists titled "M" with no contacts in them. Does anyone know what may have happened here? And is there a way for me to retrieve my lists? I tried to make a new one but it did not appear. Grateful for any advice. Best wishes, Helen.
Hi All, Is there are way of manually recording partial responses as completed responses? A number of my participants have answered all my questions, but have then not clicked the final arrow that takes them to the end of the survey. So their responses come up under "response in progress" rather than completed. I have now included an explicit instruction to click the arrow, but for those who completed the survey prior to me discovering this error, is there are way for me to put them down as having finished the survey?
Hi, In my study, I am asking participants to complete questionniares at three different time-points. The combination of questionnaires changes each time-point, so I was thinking that I would do a different survey for each time point. But will I be able to link up each participant's data across the different surveys in order to evaluate change for participants across time? Is this something that I would do manually or is this something that qualtrics can do for me? I have allocated each participant an "external reference ID" in qualtrics, and participants are completing surveys via individual links if that helps?
