As a human being, worker, employee, Qualtrics Brand Administrator and supporter of Qualtrics at my univeristy (for some reason I am no longer in the Brand Administrator or Higher Education “private groups” on this page and I reached out to support about that again) I am extremely concerned about the recent layoffs at Qualtrics. The team of administrators that I lead at our university want to know how these changes at Qualtrics will effect Tech Support, Performance, or Panel Delivery. Our latest “Qualtrics Research Services” rep seems to have been a casualty of these layoffs and they have changed very frequently over the past several years. I have also reached out to our Qualtrics Sales Rep. I would like to network with other academic brand administrators about the pressure from Qualtrics to transition from the Academic Research Core to Core XM/Design XM. I am wondering about the experience of other university Brand Administrators and would love to have some public and private discuss
Does anybody have some hints/best practices about collaborating surveys with dynamic groups of people (such as a new crop of research assistants every year)? I have been using user groups for this but spend a lot of time changing user groups for different projects. Also, is it still the case (and this makes sense from a data integrity perspective) that you can share survey templates with groups but you can not create a new survey in a group?
Does anyone have any qsf files/sample surveys/suggestions/examples for Best Practices on using reports for this year/last year type reports/visualizations in the research core? Thanks in advance.
I have seen this Qualtrics link: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/assigning-randomized-ids-to-respondents/ However if we assign randomized ID's to respondants (whether from a contact list - and then anonymizing responses or froim using a single anonymized survey link) - is there a way to get a list of the randomized ID's so that we can make sure that they are legitimate and assign credit for them? This would be helpful both with Mturk and with assigning credit in a class situation for filling out a survey. I am open to any and all suggestions on how to solve this. You are also welcome to reach me directly at dalgin@bc.edu. It does not seem that my email address is included with my Qualtrics Committee profile or that I am able to include it there. Thanks in advance. Rani Dalgin Boston College Qualtrics Administrator
