How do I auto-populate a field in a survey when there is only one response option? I'm using the field to trigger a ticket for a specific ticketing team so need it to be selected.
I have a questionnaire where I am asking the same four questions (overall sat, ease of use etc. - single select 5-point scale) of people who: * Use Product 1 only (P1) * Use Product 2 only (P2) * Use both Product 1 and Product 2 I'm wondering the best way to program it and set it up in the survey flow so that in a dashboard I can see the results of the three groups in one widget for each of the questions: P1 vs. P2 vs. P1 (from those who use both) vs. P2 (from those who use both) and also the results of: P1 (all) vs. P2 (all) Any guidance would be appreciated. I've been programming a long time but am new at creating dashboards. Thank you! Melissa
I am trying to create an embedded data field that takes the ratings of three questions (single select scale 1-5) and creates an average. Efficient (Number) = ${q://QID2032/SelectedChoicesRecode} Easy (Number) = ${q://QID2033/SelectedChoicesRecode} Emotion (Number) = ${q://QID2034/SelectedChoicesRecode} CX (Number)= $e{ ( q://QID2032/SelectedChoicesRecode + q://QID2033/SelectedChoicesRecode + q://QID2034/SelectedChoicesRecode ) / 3 } It doesn't return any data. Is there something wrong in my formula? Thanks, Melissa
