Hello Community,I just updated something in my dashboard data set, and usually the dashboard reloads within a few minutes. This time though it is not the case. I understand: "Some dashboard edits can make the dashboards temporarily unavailable. This means widgets may not show any data." - does anyone know potentially how long can this last? its been about 30 mins now and all my widgets are still empty so just wondering about the time frame.thanks so much,Anna
I would like to find out if there is any way to know which version of a survey is used for a specific response? I have 30 iPads globally and I asked my teams to refresh the survey on the devices after I updated the survey in Qualtrics. Is there any way to see remotely if this has actually been done ? For eg is there any embedded data that I would see in the "data&analysis" tab under data that would show me which version of the survey the answer is collected? Thanks so much!
I set up an email task under action so when a survey response is submitted, a notification email is sent out. This email is currently going out to multiple people, I added them with the comma separation in the "To:" field. The system sends out the email to the recipients individually, so the recipients cannot start a conversation as they don't see each others on the email. Is there any way to overcome this, or perhaps set it up different so the survey response is distributed to a group of people and they all see each other? I do not with to set up a ticket, as this is just a notification and doesn't require any action. Thanks for the help. Anna
