I'm designing a survey that contains Q-sort task. It seems that Q-sort task can only be implemented by "Pick, Group, and Rank". But my case is a bit complicate: parcitipants need to sort out 54 items into nine catogories represented by nine integers from 1 to 9. And the final nine catogories blanks need to include 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 9, 6, 4, 2 numbers of items respectively. How could I set up this custom validation? I find an old answer from here https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/381/pick-group-rank-limits-in-groups. But the javascript gives me error message like this "Any JavaScript setInterval calls must be cleared with clearInterval on addOnUnload". The script I used is attached. Q-sort custom validation.txtAnother question is: is it possible that the order of the 54 items can be randomized? Please, any advices and suggestions will be appreciated! Thank you all in advance!
I have created six Likert-type items to measure six dimensions of a construct and another point allocation task. The later point allocation task is asking participants to allocate 100 points to the six dimensions as measured by the six Likert-type items. To counter the potential order effect of the items, I want to randomize the order of the six Likert-type items. Is it possible to keep the order of the six options of the later point allocation task consistent with the randomized order of the six Likert-type items? Thanks in advance!
I want to present serveral job descriptions to each participant and let them provide some ratings. But the serveral job descriptions are from a very big dataset (maybe consists of 500 job descriptions in total). So what I want is to randomly present 4 or 5 descriptions to each participant, and serveral identical questions follow every job description. I don't know how to implement this wisely... What i know for now is to creat 500 independent blocks and randomly present 4 or 5 of them to each participant, this would be a disaster....😨Please, any advices or suggestions would be appreciated🤞!
I'm designing a survey that utilize the question template "Pick, Group, and Rank". Each question contains 54 items need to be sorted into nine catogories. To mitigate the effect of the order of the items, it is better to ranomize the item order. Does anyone know how to implement this kind of randomization? Thanks a lot in advance!!!
I have created a survey and do not want to include question number on the page. But there is always a dot on the tope left corner of every page (see the pictures underneath). How to delete it? Thanks in advance!
I want to let the question and all response choices display in the same area without any scrolls or sliders underneath. But how should I do ... I have tried some codes in the search outcomes like: .Skin .SkinInner {min-width: 1200px!important;} But unfortunately, this only changes the position of the whole display area, and the slider holds. This gonna make me crazy! Help... !
