Hello,
I am creating a survey that will be sent to people after they attend a conference. At the end, I would like to add a certificate of attendance. Within this certificate, would it be possible to overlay piped text of their name from a previous question so that it auto-populates for them?
Do you just want to display their name or allow them to print it?

I’d like for them to be able to download the file, so yes, allowing them to print it would be preferable.
If you’d like them to download/print it, then just displaying the name over it wouldn’t be enough. While they’ll see it that way, if they go to download the image, it will onyl be original image.
You’ll need custom code to either edit the image with something like Canvas or create a downloadable PDF like this: https://demo.survey-awesome.com/PDF-reports
