My Tickets (sort by status) in Customer Success Hub | XM Community

I’m a brand admin.   I can view brand tickets in the Customer Success Hub.  In the Customer Success Hub, when viewing tickets there currently is no way to filter tickets by the “Status” Column.  It would be helpful to be able to do this for our brand (utexas.qualtrics.com) since we have a long ticket history.  This enhancement would also benefit other brand admins.

Hello @ash123, you are correct that that is the link for ideas for all part of the Qualtrics platform, except for the Customer Success Hub!  You can view all the details in this post🙂
