I have 8 Emails Bounced and I want to know who they are. How to do that?

On this topic, is it possible to know the reason for the bouncings? When I download the history I cannot see anything in this sense.

Hi,
Users who have XM Directory will have a column in the download history query output called "Bounce Reason," which will contain the SMTP server return code and a brief description of why the message bounced.
I'm not certain, but I believe that users who do not have XMD will not have this column in their query output.

Does Qualtrics remove the bounced email addresses from the Directory, or is this something we have to manually do ourselves? We don’t want to keep on emailing them, which would increase our spam score, but manually updating is quite tedious.
