Slicing embedded data with multi value text set

How do I slice an embedded data with multi value text set? My embedded data has five texts. How do I call the first one or second one and so on? I want to use that as a column heading in a “Side by Side” type question.

Link to submitted documents in pdf of survey results

Our survey respondents need to submit documents as part of the survey (upload file question).  When they downloaded a pdf of their survey results at the end, there used to be a hyperlink to those submitted documents in the pdf.   That doesn’t seem to work anymore.  Does anyone know how to get this feature back?

Is there a timer to complete the Qualtrics CX exam?

Hi, I’ve been trying to get my certification as it is required for my job, but I already failed my first two attempt. I’ve been taking longer than 2 hours to complete the exam and I’m just wondering if its because of that, that I keep failing the exam….Really can’t afford to failed this one last attempt at passing it.Is there a time limit to complete it?

Employee XM guy here: Will CustomerXM certification paths teach me anything I could apply to my current field?

I manage our employee enagagement and lifecycle surveys at our organization. I have a  success package that allows me to take the CustomerXM program for free. I already have Platform Essentials, XM fundamentals and EmployeeXM Expert certifications. Is there anything in CustomerXM Expert that I could apply to our current employee engagement programs or would I just be wasting my time? Any information is appreciated.

CUSTOM FIELDS - extract data from SUCCESSFACTORS task in workflow

Hi All,I need to extract employee data from SuccessFactors and upload it to EX Directory Qualtrics.I am in the "Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors" part of the workflow and when I set up the custom fields and try to click Next, the system crashes with this message:Error encountered from SuccessFactors while fetching preview record: { "error": { "code": "COE_PROPERTY_NOT_FOUND", "message": { "lang": "en-US", "value": "[COE0021]Invalid property names: EmpEmployment/PersonNav. For a recent survey I had not selected anonymizing, but failed to request contact information in survey questions. Is there any way to follow up with survey completers based on data that may have been recorded apart from question responses?

Adding a drop down to text/graphic question

I am curious if it’s possible to add an ‘extend text’ option for the text/graphic questions. These questions are not ones that respondents would answer; but informational text boxes. Some text is lengthy, and we want to preserve screen space. Is this feature possible?

Drag and Drop functions - 3 columns with images

Hi, I am trying to set up a question that has the visual output displayed in the image.Action requested for the task of this question: select images from the right and left column and drag and drop the selected images to an empty box of the central column. Hello,  I’ve been trying to find a phone number for Qualtrics customer support with no luck.I recently got charged $1440 for an account I no longer use that is associated to my previous job and I would like to ask to get reimbursed for it. Any guidance with this is very much appreciated

Piping Answer into a DrillDown Question

Good day,Is it possible to pipe answers, or create logic, from previous questions into a DrillDown Question?  What I would like to do is use a previous question asking who the user is to then determine the selection choices available to the user on the DrillDown Question.What I am trying to do is to make only the relevant DrillDown choices available for the users without having to create multiple versions of the same DrillDown question.Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Qualtrics Oauth webservice

Hello,I’m trying to connect salesforce using the Qualtrics workflow → webservice  → Authentication → Oauth method. I got redirect into error page as “Internal Error : Qualtrics. Please connect support team” I have provided the Callback URL as per the document as “https://{dataCenter}.qualtrics.com/oauth-client-service/redirect”.provide Consumer Key and Secret from salesforce connected app.Used the following URL for token and authorize.https://{mydomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/tokenhttps://{mydomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/authorizeI tried to create an user Account in Qualtrics its redirect to salesforce for authorize - its success.Then, its getting an error page as “Internal Error : Qualtrics. Scoring: hide correct answers

Hi,I show participants the scoring of thier answers, but I do not want them to see the correct answers (right now they can see it, see the picture). In the example, I want them to see just the 50 and not the 40 (that is the correct answer).Thank you!!

API - Question??? 😣

Hi everyone,I hope you're all doing well.We have a wonderful form that populates a Google Sheet. Colleagues then engage in a process of copying and pasting data from the Google Sheet into our in-house CMS.Is it possible for Qualtrics to populate our CMS? If a change is made to the data in the CMS, could this then trigger a Qualtrics event, such as sending an email?Thanks :) 🤞
