Hi Qualtrics Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to provide some feedback on the Qualtrics tool. Overall, I find the tool very useful and effective, but I have noticed that there is room for improvement when it comes to displaying comments. Specifically, I would like to suggest that there be a way to display all comment questions in a chart or table, without having a row for each respondent. Instead, when downloading the comments in a CSV file, there could be two columns: one for the comments themselves and the other for the question being commented on. This would help to maintain anonymity and allow for a more comprehensive view of all the comments made on a specific question. I believe that this would be a useful feature for many Qualtrics users, and I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration as you continue to develop and improve the tool. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Hey, Isabela! This is a great suggestion. Qualtrics will soon open back up their Feature Request portal (coming soon within the next few days/weeks of this month). This will be the best way to get your request to them. Qualtrics also utilizes its own Website/App Feedback functionality, and you will occasionally be asked to leave feedback or see a Feedback slider on various parts of the platform. If you want to simply voice your feedback, the slider or popup can help reach them!
I hope you have a great day! Thank you.
