Yes, to delete them. It would be good if the system could highlight the duplicates first to us before deleting them. Now I am exporting the raw report and deleting the duplicates on excel.
I can't and when I clicked on all the drop downs, can't see department field even though I added in dept. information in the contact list. (phone information, I have yet to add to the contact list.screenshot in data and analysis tab.docx
Yes I did check the "download all fields" checkbox. But I can't still see "Department" and "Phone no.". These are the only fields in the exported report:
