Hi I need to export survey response data including department and phone number. However, after I exported the data from "data and analysis tab" in excel format, the spreadsheet doesn't show department and phone number. Anyone can help please?

If department and phone number ae present in your contact list from which you have distributed the survey, then just create same embedded data in the survey flow of the survey and then try exporting the survey data.
