HI @idaman, Maybe you need to set an embedded data field in your Survey Flow that gets the information from your hot spot answer. Then when you export your data you will get the embedded data field with the selected choice. 1. Open the Survey Flow and insert an Embedded data block 2. Give it a name, for example, _hot_spot_answer_ and set its value inserting piped text from your hot spot question, Selected choices for answer when "On". It'll look like this: ${q://QID1/ChoiceGroup/SelectedChoicesForAnswer/2} But I don't know how to remove the fields with the "Off" selections in the exported data.
Hi @DerekHarmon, You cen read thi link (https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/956/linking-qualtrics-survey-to-sql) where someone has the same problem. I attached a little guide I have found if you want to use php too.
@MsIreen, we have the same field in SF, but it is not passing on when we use the Qualtrics Survey Send button, because I think SF only pass on Qualtrics Contact lists some fields, not the custom fields that are created in SF: sfSurveyID sfContactId sfAccountId sfName sfAccount sfTitle sfBirthdate sfHomePhone sfMobilePhone sfOtherPhone sfMailingStreet sfMailingCity sfMailingState sfMailingPostalCode sfMailingCountry sfOtherStreet sfOtherCity sfOtherState sfOtherPostalCode sfOtherCountry sfHasOptedOutOfEmail sfDoNotCall sfOrgCompany ExternalDataRef So I'm going to try to use one of this fields that is not going to be used for anything and fixing the problem, at least in a very first time, later I need to map Language with this new field. Thanks and regards.
Thank you for your answer @MsIreen. I have similar problem. When we send a survey from Qualtrics Survey Send button in Salesforce, a Contact list is created in Qualtrics but there are only an amount of fields that are travelling from contacts to Qualtrics, so we never get the Qualtrics Language field populated and the email invite is send in the survey default language. How do you get the Salesforce language field travelling to Qualtrics Language field? Thanks and regards.
Thank you very much @bansalpeeyush29 , as @Shashi told us yesterday that kind of questions are not visible from Vocalize, but I could saved the answer from a hot spot question in embedded variable and use it in a simple chart inside Vocalize.
Thank you for your quick response, @bansalpeeyush29. I've started a new dashboard from scracth, and my question which is the Q11 doesn't appear in the dashboard data. ! When I've tried to mapped it, it doesn't appear in the list of fields you are allowed to select. ! My survey is also publish, so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the fact is I can't find that field in the dashboards. Thanks and sorry for the unknowledge.
Thank you very much, @bansalpeeyush29, That's what I wanted but the problem is I cannot mapped this field in the dashboard or at least I can't find out where the field is. When I open Dashboards settings and I try to map a heat map field, it doesn't appear anywhere. Also I've tried to enter the field ID in the box but the system doesn't recognized it neither. It's strange because in Reports tab (inside survey) these kind of fields are authomatically mapped and are represented in many ways. Thanks and regards.
Thank you very much, it works !!
