How change the warning text colour for required/mandatory questions? We have changed the colour of our survey to match our brand and it is now hard to read the warning:"! Please answer this question"We can't find where to change this warning notification font colour.Help?
@BruceK Thanks for the response. Alas, in this instance that is not the issue as our survey expiry date is late November and the partial completion setting was set to 3 months prior to distributing the survey. This may be one for Qualtrics support as suggested by @LaurenK
Further to the above I have added a new discussion here: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/2480/how-to-issue-new-not-expired-personal-link-for-contact-whose-survey-link-gives-expired-message#latest
@Matt_Christie_Walker ....further to the above. As these people have no response recorded I have attempted to generate new personal links but each link generated has the same expired message :( Don't seem to be able to issue them a functional survey despite no partial response being recorded and no survey responses in progress. I have posted a separate question about this but adding here in case you see the above and have a reply. Cheers.
@Matt_Christie_Walker I am having similar issue, except that I cannot see that their link has ever been clicked or logged as a partial response - I can not identify it in the 'responses in progress' queue. Do you happen to know if the Survey Session ID can be used to identify the unique recipientID of the related initial survey sent out? Trying to work out how to re-issue links for the people reporting them as expired if I can't see them in the 'responses in progress' queue. Is there another way?
SEEKING QUALTRICS GURU. This is a problem for us too. I have reviewed the other thread and it does not help. Our survey expiry date is late November. The partial completion setting was set to 3 months prior to distributing the survey because I did not want this to happen. Our distribution list consists of 37 individuals with 58 projects - a recipient may have more than one project. The survey uses embedded data to pipe in the project name so that recipients with multiple projects know which project they are completing the survey for. Each row of embedded data in the contact list has a unique recipientID though the same email address may be used multiple times and hence have multiple recipientIDs. I had prevent ballot stuffing checked at time of distribution as I wanted to ensure we only receive one submission per project even if the recipient decides to forward to somebody else on their team to complete. I would like to understand how to avoid links expiring as it is causing tension
