Hi Eric,that’s correct. In this scenario, a candidate can have more than one record in the directory. We’ve tested this extensively and no problems. However, I’d recommend you check with your Qualtrics contact, whether there could be an impact on your subscription license. Also: we reduced the number of sent survey invites plus avoid data privacy issues (as candidate data is saved on an additional server, when it goes to Qualtrics): We have a tickbox in our application form in SAP SuccessFactors, where candidates can say that they are happy to be included in a survey. Those, who don’t agree, are filtered in the interface, so not sent to Qualtrics. We also believe this brings more responses, as the simple click creates a bit of a psychological contract to actually take the survey, when it comes later.
Hi Jessi,1) The integrations you mention with PMGM and RMK are available now with the H1 release. The H1 release is already in preview instances and will be in production instances on 5th June. 2) These new standard integrations are website intercepts / Website and App feedback, where the Qualtrics survey is integrated in the SuccessFactors UI. This type of integration requires amendments from SuccessFactors, which are not yet available in other modules. 3) Even before that, you could build data integrations and process integrations easily using e.g. Qualtrics directory loads via sftp automation or Qualtrics file server with API/https automation. We have built, amongst other examples, these SuccessFactors integrations on that basis already:1) Data integration to provide master data and org data to be used in engagement or LC surveys. It is very useful to have enriched master data like age group, job family, compensation band, ethnicity, gender to use in Qualtrics stats iQ and dashboard
Hi Eric,we've built this scenario with an interface from to the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting system, but it should work in a similar way with other ATS:The trick is to use teh right unique identifier. Instead of the candidate ID / applicant ID we use the application ID, which is different for each application, even if it's the same candidate. If your ATS doesn't offer an application ID, you can alternatively concatenate candidate ID with requisition ID (job advert ID, position ID) - together they would usually be a unique ID.Note that this still doesn't work, if you use the same user ID (e.g. email address), so best to populate the UserID with the application ID or compound unique number you created as well.This may leave the very tenacious candidates applying twice for the same position. If you want to cover that as well, add the current date to the unique ID.Finally: what if you want to send surveys to a canidate at several points of their journey (e.g. after 1st and second intervie

The idea was that on EL projects you don't usually have numbers high enough to meet any sensible anonymity threshold or even be interesting for lower level managers, but for higher level managers, it is interesting. However, even if there is no hierarchy, you can still have line managers or organisational levels as meta data and use this for a workaround to - filter in dashboards - create roles for dashboard users (e.g. heads of country would have role with data limited to "country same as dashboard user's"
Hi Bharat, I've had the most surprising cases, where the browser refresh button solved this kind of problems. Doesn't look very likely given you've changed fields already, but worth trying. Also, just to be on the save side: did you double check it's updated in the right hierarchy? Some times a level based and PC hierarchy are both held in the participant tab and if the one you updated is not the one used in the dashboard, that would explain the issue.
Hi Mara, as you are speaking about "Cells", you are probably looking at it in Excel. It would be good to know, how the actual CSV file looks like. Is it using commas as a separator? European Excel installations would often expect a semicolon as separator, as commas are used instead of a decimal point. Though that would not apply to TSV. In any case looking at the actual file with a simple editor, not Excel, would allow you to see, whether the issue is in the export from Qualtrics or the opening if the file with Excel. Apologies, if you have checked that already, but it wasn't clear from the message and local Excel setup is the most common reason for these kind of problems in any international context. To make it easier for community users to spot the issue, It would also be good to share which export exactly you are referring to and with which parameters it has been run. best wishes Sven

I was thinking it might be something with the rights in the account, but if what you are suggesting is the case, I would't see the people in the directory, would I? Actually, I can access the directory and have the rights to see and change data for every single employee in there. if I interpret your requirement correctly, you want to direct to a different block, if any answer to that question has been picked - and continue in the normal flow, if no answer has been picked? One option that would work with SurveyFlow is a multi-line condition with or. So, if your question XYZ has 3 options A, B and C, than the condition would be: question XYZ answer A is selected or question XYZ answer B is selected or question XYZ answer C is selected It's a bit tedious, but should work. Different option with s slight design change would be to add a "Don't know / don't want to answer" option to your question (you could set it to "exclude from analysis", if needed) and then you use that answer to direct the flow. It has the added advantage that you could make the question mandatory, so participants don't accidentally skip it and end up in a block they shouldn't. But I'm aware that might not fit into your bigger plan, so first option would be it. Hope I didn't misunderstand t
